Hello, We are looking for a female roommate for our home. The private community we live in is very lovely and clean. There is ALWAYS parking out front, with NO street sweeping or trash day signs.
Inside the 4 bedroom 2.5 bath , xxxx sq ft. home there is plenty of "elbow room" in the common areas and internet access throughout the whole home. There is a washer and dryer down the hall from your room. All utilities are included. and you have your own private balcony!
There are 3 adults living in the house including myself, my boyfriend, and a young man who is a veteran and employed student. We are all in our mid to late 20's and are very friendly, clean, and helpful. Everyone is pretty much always doing there own thing, and we don't bump into each other much =)
The Community Offers: Mini sized olympic pool, 24 hr. business center, 24 hr. Gym, rec room, theatre room, conference/party room, lounge, Bbq areas, Basketball courts (outdoor/indoor), baseball field, tennis court, soccer field, three parks and plenty of clean space to run, bike, skate, or roller blade, and bbq!!!. The house is located at xxxx8. Really close to the 71 however also nearby the 15, 60, 91 freeways . We are really easy going, respectful, and kind. Looking for the same type of person.
